Kale Chips
A nutritious alternative to traditional potato chips, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the kale.

- 1 bunch of organic kale
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sea salt or seasoning of choice (such as nutritional yeast, garlic powder, or paprika)
steps to follow
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves, then remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the kale pieces with olive oil and gently massage the oil into the leaves until evenly coated.
- Spread the kale pieces out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Sprinkle the kale with sea salt or your choice of seasoning to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the kale chips are crispy and lightly browned, but not burnt.
