Kale Chips

A nutritious alternative to traditional potato chips, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the kale.

ingredients

  • 1 bunch of organic kale
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea salt or seasoning of choice (such as nutritional yeast, garlic powder, or paprika)

steps to follow

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves, then remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle the kale pieces with olive oil and gently massage the oil into the leaves until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the kale pieces out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  5. Sprinkle the kale with sea salt or your choice of seasoning to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the kale chips are crispy and lightly browned, but not burnt.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your homemade organic kale chips as a healthy and delicious snack!
